Woody Creek Distillers Potato Vodka is made in Basalt, Colorado, just down the road from Aspen, by a distillery that grows and mashes its own ingredients. This vodka starts with Rio Grande potatoes grown locally in Colorado, freshly mashed and fermented, then distilled just once in a custom copper still, an unusually restrained approach that keeps the earthy, creamy character of the potato in the glass. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle. Naturally gluten-free.The taste is rich and velvety with a soft sweetness, a hint of fresh earth and a long, smooth finish that rewards sipping neat or chilled. It makes a superb martini, a rich Bloody Mary and a mule with real body. Woody Creek is also known for its rye whiskey and gin, and this vodka is where the distillery started. Cranberry juice, as they say, is completely optional.Buy Woody Creek Distillers Potato Vodka online with fast shipping right to your door.
