HOT ! SennzaFinne Amaro No.1 "Grassy Eden"｜ Other Products

SennzaFinne — pronounced "senz-uh-fee-nay," Italian for "without end" — built its name around the idea of enduring flavor traditions, blending Italian amaro-making with the Pacific Northwest's own natural rhythms. Grassy Eden, formerly called "Spring," is the first of the label's four seasonal expressions, made by husband-and-wife bar professionals Joey and Gillian Diedrick in the same small batches as the rest of the line: 400 bottles at a time, wild-harvested organic botanicals extracted at 190 proof, hand-bottled, no caramel coloring. This one's built to capture the feeling of plants waking up after winter — a naturally mossy green color, with lovage, lemon balm, and fresh pea shoots layered under a nose of spring flowers, all anchored by a bright bitterness from Cascade hops. Bottled at 30% ABV, it's noticeably lighter and more vegetal than SennzaFinne's darker seasonal expressions, and it's built specifically to play well with gin and other clear spirits. Try it simply with soda water and a slice of cucumber for an easy, refreshing aperitif, or stirred into citrus-forward cocktails.
