Architect Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- 6 months + of architectural experience.
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes in KSA, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Navis works, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
- English writing and speaking skills are required.
- BIM knowledge (additional).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Structural Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
- 6 months + of work experience as a structural engineer.
- knowledge of construction methods, and materials.
- Sound understanding of physics and mathematics.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera, Prokon, ETABS, SAFE, Navis works, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
- BIM knowledge (additional).
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering .
- 6 months + Experience working in the mechanical engineering field.
- Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, Navis works, Microsoft Office suite, and Matlab/LabView programs.
- Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- BIM knowledge (additional) .

Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree.
- Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
- Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
- Proficient in design and calculation software.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navis works, ETAP, PSCAD, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
- BIM knowledge (additional) .
